Following along with last month’s theme of client engagement, we are acting on what our clients have told us they want, namely more training and interaction. This was confirmed at our June MIP Virtual Forum meeting, which had a great turnout. We asked the enlarged group to participate in the opinion polling on what NFP Partners can do to enhance the forum’s value and our service offering. Our earlier results were confirmed, with the group asking for more MIP training, sharing of information and techniques, and personal interaction.
With this affirmation we are taking action.
Future virtual forums will contain a training component with preference given to subjects that MIP users tell us are most germane to improving their job performance. Beyond the forum we are scheduling two days of MIP training, September 22 – 23. The first day will be basic hands-on training for new users. The second day will be devoted to learning about advanced features of the system and specialized modules. Did I mention the basic training day is FREE for organizations that are aligned with NFP Partners as their Abila Reseller of Record? We are happy to offer this for clients who have shown their loyalty as part of the ongoing relationship. The training will be held at a physical venue, but with a concurrent on-line option. If you are on our MIP Virtual Forum mailing list, expect to receive more definitive information by mid-August, but feel free to circle those dates on your calendar now.
Going further into the fall period we are planning to sponsor a networking event for our MIP clients. This is still in the planning stage. You’ll hear more about this in late September with an opportunity to have an input.
Please contact me or Laura Jorstad if you have ideas or suggestions along the lines of how NFP Partners can better serve its clients or if you have an MIP success story that you would like to share.
