Following along with last month’s theme of client engagement, we are acting on what our clients have told us they want, namely more training and interaction. This was confirmed at our June MIP Virtual Forum meeting, which had a great turnout. We asked the enlarged group to participate in the opinion polling on what NFP Partners can do to enhance the forum’s value and our service offering. Our earlier results were confirmed, with the group asking for more MIP training, sharing of information and techniques, and personal interaction.
With this affirmation we are taking action.
